Allow us to give your machinery an
“Updated Makeover”!

• Extend manufacturing life of current equipment

• Reduce costs by reconditioning existing equipment

• Implement new technology

• Bring all machines up to current revision level

By incorporating this process, pāco manufacturing® has the ability to extend the manufacturing life of your current equipment at a cost savings while improving your production needs with new technology.

Many companies are utilizing our services to incorporate Updated Makeovers to their existing equipment with new and updated technologies.  Thousands of dollars can be saved by utilizing and recycling the durable frames and tooling of a machine and its fixtures while implementing the customers’ newest technological needs or requirements.

One of our customers recalled almost 70 machines located in numerous locations within and outside the U.S., delivered them to our facility for the purpose of retrofitting them with new servo units which pacomanufacturing® and the customer had spent the past two years designing and prototyping.  Many of these machines were built as long as 30 years ago, and many had been initially built by pāco manufacturing® .  These machines were taken down to base frames, cleaned up and painted,  fitted with the new servo units and the newest controls, and shipped back out to their various locations.  These machines not only sported a new look, but were now all up to the same revision level encompassing technological advancements and the customer’s newest standards.

At pāco manufacturing® we are pleased to offer machinery makeover services, which are designed to extend equipment lifecycle. New technologies are incorporated into existing equipment, such as upgrades in safety protocols and new control modes. Our specialists will retain machine framing, tooling, and fixtures and outfit them with updated components to bring machines to new revision levels at a fraction of new equipment cost. Machines can be retrofitted and reconditioned in order to meet changing manufacturing needs and industry standards. We also recondition and repair machinery. This service is growing in popularity in this economic climate as businesses seek to drive down overhead expenditures while experiencing increased productivity.
