pāco manufacturing® has designed and fabricated dedicated work holding Fixtures and Turn Key Systems for our manufacturing customers as well as fabricated CNC Fixturing and Tooling based upon our customer’s design.  We are experienced in working with both work cell structures and dedicated stand-alone machines.  All units are thoroughly tested and factory approved prior to shipment.  We also provide experienced CNC programming services along with Fixturing/Tooling.  Our capabilities include Fixture redesign and remanufacturing.  

At pāco manufacturing® our precision CNC machining capabilities, have allowed us to produce high precision parts and components for customers in a range of industries. We operate a state-of-the-art facility that is equipped with advanced machining systems including engine lathes, CNC lathes and mills with 3 and 4 axis capabilities; we also provide CAM programming and CAD design services. These capabilities combine to give us total control over the manufacturing process, as well as containment of costs. Typical applications include machine and engine components, shafts, forgings, valves, pins, sockets, bushings, fittings, and spacers to name a few. We offer a large number of ancillary machining and finishing services, which gives us even greater flexibility.

We provide in house fixturing and tooling, and are able to design and fabricate custom work holding fixtures and systems, with the capacity to redesign or remanufacture fixtures to account for changes in products and processes. All of our products and processes are held to the highest industry standards, thoroughly testing units for quality and accuracy prior to shipment. Our specialty production shop handles prototype to medium volume run production. We offer rapid turnaround times, with emergency and rush services available.
